Charge time for the battery pack is rated at an estimated 2 hours and 45 minutes on a Level 2 (240V) charger, while charge times vary when plugged-in to a Level 1 (120V) charger.

The 2022 Kia Niro PHEV comes equipped with an advanced Rear Cross-Traffic Collision with Avoidance Assist feature. During a reversing maneuver, this system uses rear-mounted radar sensors to detect approaching obstacles from behind the vehicle. and alerts you through audible and visual warnings. Should it detect a possible collision, the system can also automatically apply the brakes, if needed.
To help you stay safely in your lane, Niro Plug-In Hybrid’s Lane Keep and Follow Assist senses when you inadvertently cross over the lane markings and triggers warnings to alert you. If you take no action, it guides your vehicle back into its lane.
The standard Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist feature takes the guesswork out of lane changes. Rear-mounted radar sensors detect if a vehicle is on either side of the vehicle and alerts you of their presence through audible and visual warnings.
