The first step is to download the Kia Connect app, either through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Once the app is installed, follow these steps:
- Log in or create a new account.
- Enter your vehicle’s VIN and request a verification code, which will be sent to your device.
- On your vehicle’s instrument cluster and infotainment display, select “Activate Kia Connect.”
- Choose “I already have a code” and enter the verification code.
- On your phone, select “I have entered the verification code” to confirm activation.
